My name is Telma Bonito, I'm Portuguese, born in Beja in the capital of Baixo Alentejo, the land of my heart!

I studied Tourism in Portugal and worked most of my years in Germany in the restaurant industry.

When I returned to Portugal in 2016, I decided to go into business and pursue my dream of becoming self-employed in the restaurant and real estate sectors. As communication and the search for knowledge has always been my strong suit, I started by taking
various real estate courses and surveys, as well as personal development courses.

In 2019, in the midst of the pandemic, I decided to open my own agency, believing in myself, my values and my ability. At a time when the world was without future prospects, I set up my agency and overcame all obstacles, made several sales and had the time to learn more about my work.

Being proficient in several languages such as Portuguese, Spanish, Italian, English and German has been an asset for communicating well with clients and doing business.

Real estate has always piqued my interest, not just for the sale of houses but for the range of opportunities and knowledge possibilities that go beyond a sale.

Starting with the acquisition of a property where research and market analysis have to be carried out and explained to the client, there is the sales phase, marketing, publicity, visits and competition in the market which is constantly evolving, so working in real estate means constantly developing and learning to be good professionals in the profession we have chosen, It's a thankless job at times, when despite so much effort and dedication we may not complete the sale, but even so, if we add up all the good things that a property has brought us, from meeting a new selling client and getting to know several buyers, to creating bonds of trust and friendship, it makes our work seen not as an obligation but as a pleasure.

Over the years, I have managed to capture the attention of several national and international clients/companies (buyers and sellers) by presenting dynamic investment solutions and showing effective and profitable results.
